It was raining, I was able to drive right inside and the kids stayed dry. The customer lounge was nice and the had free WiFi so we were able to go online. Free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. They had movies playing on the flat screen that were great for the kids. We had a service post card sent to us and we were able to wait for everything to be done. The new showroom very large, so many more cars inside and everyone was friendly. I'm much happier than the old showroom and service. Thank you Ourisman Honda.
